Worth! The staff is VERY polite and friendly! The food is reasonabally priced and is of good quality. The atmosphere was laid-back and I didn't feel weird about asking the local staff about the area we were visiting.

Clearly a superior experience. Owners are "hands on", from the order/preparation/delivery/service, and much more. You do not get the computerized and sterile fast-food treatment at Take Five - you do get excellent tasting sandwiches and personalized service. Take Five - take five stars!!!

We travel 1000 miles every summer to go camping in Northern Michigan, and this place has become a staple of our family tradition. Every year, we’re met with awesome hospitality, delicious food, and a neat atmosphere. The menu is pretty extensive, so there’s guaranteed to be something everyone will love. But if all else fails, try the Apple Pie Cookies. They are easily the best type of cookie I’ve ever had!

Take 5 Deli is family owned and operated. I should know, considering it's my family that owns it! But that being said, the food really is excellent. If you are looking for a good sandwich shop that makes an outstanding Ruben, great Burgers and Coney Dogs, and has the beat Pretzel bread sandwiches in town, this is the place to go! And don't forget the Homemade.Chilli and Broccoli Cheese soup that is served daily.

Incredibly mediocre, two stars at best. I wouldnt waste a lunch on it. Same price as most deli sandwiches but without the appeal. Most food options are super basic and simple like you may have at home in your fridge, but it's not hard to spend $15 on an average (at best) lunch. The soup, however, was below average and had zero flavor. Mushroom soup tasting like jiggly, flavorless fat. I'm consisterly disappointed when I pay for lunch here so, although a convenient location and next to Myers Furs and Fashions where I like to shop, I won't go back.I'll continue to go across the street and eat at Mangos or The Fresh Palate for some GREAT food for the same price.

Great place to eat during the day. That being said they truly are only open until five on weekdays and not open at all on weekends. They have great tasting food and almost always awesome service. A little bit more expensive for the amount of food you get but well worth it. Great place to eat.

I love this place! Get delivery all the time and they're always on time and so friendly. The food is so good! I highly recommend it.

Warm, cozy and friendly eats.

It's good, basic food. Nothing real special, but good, and the people are nice. The sandwiches are good, but the soups are pretty simple, or bland. You also have to place your order at the counter, they will bring it to you, but you clean up after yourself, and they still want to be tipped.

I ordered a rueben sandwich. It was very good but the sauerkraut seemed over cooked due to its color and taste.

Food was absolutely amazing and by far best customer experience I have had in Alpena area. They offer a lot of different items on their menu. Had the broccoli cheese soup and tuna melt and plan on coming back to enjoy more while here on my trip
